Each of our consultants has over 15 years working in Human Resources, with at least ten years of direct experience and responsibility for Human Resources in an organization. Many of our team members have advanced degrees or HR certifications. This combination of theory and practice is critical to our strategic approach and gives us the confidence and knowledge needed to provide well grounded solutions. Combined, our consultants have over 150 years of hands-on problem-solving expertise behind them. That's a lot of problems, and even more solutions.
